“Swingin’ on the Vine for the 35^th Time” will be the theme of this 35^th annual festival, which will feature Pacific Northwest seafood, wine, fine art, sculpture, jewelry and other arts and crafts. The festival will be held in a tented venue near the Rogue Ales Brewery at the South Beach Marina in Newport. The festival will be open from 6 to 10 p.m. Thursday, 2 to 9 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday. For information, visit newportchamber.org.
