Pre-Measured Seasonings Add Flavor

Trail Gourmet Seasoning capsules are a new way to add flavor to cooking in a campground. Each capsule contains a quarter teaspoon of spice. Cooks can dissolve the gelatin capsules in a sauce, soup or stew, or sprinkle the contents on meat or other food.

Sedona Trading Company sells Trail Gourmet Seasonings in six flavors from mild to spicy, including Asian and Italian varieties. They are available in packages of 20 or 60 at retail prices from $2.25 to $5. The company says the capsules eliminate the need for campers to carry spice bottles on their trips, and that the packaging guarantees freshness. For more information, including recipes, see www.sedonatrading.com. Sedona Trading Company is the brand name of HBInnovations, 3954 Dixon Circle, Okemos, MI 48864. Phone (866) 733-6625.
