SafetyStick Is Escape Tool
The SafetyStick is a 4-in-1 emergency tool and flashlight designed to help motorists cope with accidents and other situations. In addition to a strong flashlight beam, it has flashing red LED strobes that can be used to alert oncoming motorists. It also has a seatbelt cutter and a steel-pointed hammer-like tip to shatter windows so that anyone trapped inside a vehicle can escape.

Retractable Cover Is Remote Controlled
Bedlocker from Pace Edwards of Centralia, Washington, is a retractable truck cover that employs an electric motor that is controlled by a hand-held remote. The Bedlocker can retract either partially or completely into a canister at the front of the truck bed.

The unit features black powder-coated, rigid aluminum panels sealed by silicon weather hinges. With the cover closed, items are hidden and protected from the weather. The manufacturer says the unit can be installed in about an hour using its “no drill” clamp-in system. Vacuum Cleaner Mounts on Wall
The interVac is a central vacuum system that can be mounted on a wall in an RV or be picked up and used to clean a car or garage. The compact vacuum cleaner comes with a 40-foot hose that is reduced to eight feet in storage.

The interVac F model is a flush-mount model that is hard-wired into the RV’s electrical system. The H hanging model is a portable unit that can be attached to a wall with Velcro or can be hung on four screw heads. The units are lightweight and come with a high-powered suction system.

The standard accessory kit includes an adjustable telescoping aluminum wand, crevice tool, dust brush, upholstery tool and a combination rug/floor tool. They come in a mesh storage bag.

LCD TVs Become Portable
McNaughton, the maker of Master Mounts, has created a wall mount system designed to make it easy to move an LCD TV from one place to another in an RV. The wall mount holds TV screens that weigh up to 33 pounds.

The Portable Cantilever LCD TV Mount system consists of a wall bracket and an articulating arm attached to the LCD screen. To move the TV, you just lift the articulating arm and screen off the bracket and slide it onto another bracket installed elsewhere in the RV. Suggested retail price of the wall mount is $89.95. Walking Stick Is Versatile
The Sportsman Staff, manufactured by Outdoor Creations in Middleton, Wisconsin, is not only a staff to lean on while walking, but has other uses ranging from measuring fish to serving as a gun mount.

The utilitarian tool is made of aluminum and comes with plastic attachments and a soft rubber handgrip. The handgrip can be removed to allow a photographer to install a camera mount attachment to snap outdoor photos, or a hunter to add a gun mount. A spike attachment turns the staff into an anchor for a variety of uses, including as a fishing rod holder. Etched into the side of the staff is a 41-inch ruler for measuring fish or other items.
