Flash Banner Ads
For Flash banner ads, you need to build a link into the ad. In addition, you'll need to send a static banner, or animated gif to run as "backup" for web browsers that don't accept Flash files.

468 x 60 Pixel Banner Ad imbedded into our E-newsletter in two spots.
The E-newsletter is sent out on the 1st, 10th and 20th of every month.
$180 per month for sponsorship of 3 E-newsletters.
